Rated 5 out of 5 by brianco from Excellent product Purchased to line the bases of three compost bins for anti rodent measures. The mesh is easy to work for shaping, cutting and fixing. Do wear good thick gloves as edges can be sharp. Excellent product and very good value.

The flat panels are easier to use than rolls and is good value, but inevitably got more than I really needed. It is easy to cut and shape, but definitely need gloves as the edges are extremely sharp!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wood13 from Easy to work with. Very impressive product. Is a little more expensive than a roll of wire but comes in nice squares, so much easier to work with. Feels very sturdy, cuts easily with tin snips. Holes are mostly 6mm with a few 5mm hear and there. Fixed with normal hand held stanley staple gun to wood, worked a treat. Might sound obvious but make sure you wear gloves when cutting and fitting. Definitely recommend this product.

What thickness is the mesh

Further to my previous answer given which was taken from the description, having bought the product based on the fact it was listed as 19 gauge I find it is actually 0.6mm diameter wire ie 23 gauge. Having complained and been given a 50% refund I asked them to amend the description which they have yet to do. So buyer beware, the wire at 0.6mm is thin enough to be cut by a pair of kitchen scissors!
