1. Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil Introduction:

PrePainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI) and Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel Coil (PPGL) is a kind of building materials, with galvanized sheet and aluzinc sheet as the substrate, after pretreatment (degrease and chemical treatment) and liquid dope with several layers of color, then firing and cooling, finally the palte steel is called pre-painted galvanized steel coil (PPGI) or pre-painted galvalume steel coil(PPGL).

As the layer bears different colors, it is also known as color coated steel sheet. Through the combined use of diverse paints and base substrates, we select colors and material properties that meet the specific needs.

Painting information as following:

Top Paint: PVDF, HDP, SMP, PE(Polyester), PU.

Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil has many functions like decorative (color ) machinability, weather resistance, scratch resistance, stain resistance, chemical resistance and adhesion resistance.

Primer Paint: Polyurethane, epoxy, PE.

The functions of this layer including machinability, corrosion resistance, adhesion and scratch resistance.

Back Paint: Epoxy, modified polyester.

Our output of the automatic color coating production line can achieve 120,000MT annually. The whole production line speed is 120m/min with double coating and double drying technique, which can produce various of sheets and plates.

The finished product has a variety of excellent capabilities, such as processing capability and smooth, flat surface, it's widely used in outdoor and interior decoration, furnishing manufacturing, home appliance, automobile, external building materials ( roofing materials, wall-materials) industry, commercial and residential public facilities etc.

4. Quality Control

1). Production scheduling:

All quality details required by customers, such as (RAL)color, glossiness, paint film thickness, weight per meter, width, roll length, roll weight, package as well as tolerance and delivery time, should be clearly recorded in the production sheet.

2). Following up manufacturing:

According to the requirements of the production schedule and the workshop operation standards, the production will be completed step by step to ensure that the quantity, quality, packing and delivery time are in conformity with the requirements of the buyers and relevant international standards.

3). Quality Inspection:

All goods will be inspected after finishing manufacture, a series of tests will be carried out, such as pencil hardness test, scribing hardness (also known as scratch hardness test), cut test, coating thickness measure, glossiness measure, impact test, moisture resistance test, MEK test, and visible spectrophotometer test. Survey report will be issued and presented to clients.

We ensure that all products conform to the requirements of the order and relevant international standards.

5. Packing and Shipment:

The packing of coils consists of anti-damp paper, PVC film, cardboard, the cargoes will be strapped with steel strips, fixed with locks and edge protectors and guarantees the optimal condition of the delivered goods. Each coil can be fixed with additional wooden/steel skids wedge(horizon placement )or wooden pallets(vertical placement).
